Vatel Los Angeles has the ability to offer furnished apartments to its students. The students’ residence is conveniently located at a reasonable distance between the school and most of the Hotels participating in the program.
The housing option offered by Vatel Los Angeles is optional; students can decide to choose the housing option offered by Vatel Los Angeles or find their own accommodation. Student will have to decide at the time of registration if he/she chooses the Vatel housing option or to find his/her own housing. If the student has chosen the housing offered by Vatel he/she cannot change his/her mind at a later date or during the course of the program since apartments are reserved for the year.

Each apartment comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a walking closet, a spacious living-dining room and an all furnished kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Residents of Park La Brea have free access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a self-service laundry. Also available on the property are 2 internet cafes, theater, dry cleaning and business center.
The rent per month charged by Vatel Los Angeles is $850 per month (approximately 590 Euros per month). Student will have to provide a valid credit card to Vatel Los Angeles and the rent will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month.
